GARY GALL


Gary’s journey began with a deep-seated passion for the transformative power of physical fitness. This drive led him to Northern State University in August 2011, where he spent two years mentoring over 400 college athletes, establishing a philosophy centered on foundational movement and pushing physical limits. In August 2013, Gary brought this philosophy to SUNY New Paltz, pioneering the university’s first strength and conditioning program and cultivating a culture of commitment.

A significant turning point in Gary’s path occurred earlier, after college. His aspiration to join a military special forces unit, following two years of rigorous training, was ultimately thwarted by a medical condition. However, this experience ignited a new purpose: empowering others through the principles he had learned. Recognizing the profound connection between physical discipline and mental fortitude, Gary’s focus shifted to sharing his knowledge.

In February 2018, Gary embarked on a cross-country journey to Los Angeles. There, he became an integral part of Heart & Hustle, quickly rising to the position of manager and head personal trainer. Over eight years of leading the studio, his direct experience with clients solidified his conviction in the power of accountability, consistency, and resilience as cornerstones of individual success.

This profound understanding, cultivated through years of experience and a personal journey of overcoming adversity, led to the creation of Committed Consistence. Committed Consistence is a comprehensive platform designed to empower individuals to thrive amidst life’s inevitable challenges. It offers a multi-faceted approach to personal development through skill-focused 1:1 online consulting, where individuals receive tailored guidance and strategies to cultivate mental toughness and effective training mechanisms.

The community-driven small group training fosters a supportive environment for shared learning and camaraderie in pursuit of fitness goals. Finally, detail-oriented personal training provides customized fitness programs that enhance physical capabilities while instilling the discipline and perseverance necessary for broader life success.
